How InQ Designs works
From your first email to a live, custom website — here's exactly what happens, step by step.
Tell us about your firm
Day 1Fill out the intake form below (or just send an email to design@inqtax.com). Tell us:
- Your firm name, services, and what sets you apart
- Any third-party tools to link (TaxDome, Canopy, file-share portals, scheduling tools, payment processors)
- If you have a current website — what you like, what drives you crazy about it
- Any color, style, or vibe references — "corporate and clean," "warm and approachable," anything helps
Receive 3 unique design options
Days 2–4We run your info through our AI-powered design pipeline and produce three completely distinct website directions. Not the same layout in three color schemes — three genuinely different approaches to representing your firm.
We send them to you as live preview links. Click through, take your time, and pick the one that resonates. Reply with your choice and any notes — a different font, swap a photo, change wording, move a section. Nothing is locked in yet.
Review your live preview link
Days 4–6After you've selected a design and we've made your requested tweaks, we send you a private link to your actual site. Not a mockup image — a working website you can click through on desktop and mobile.
Test it, share it with a partner or colleague, see how it feels. When it looks right and reads right, let us know and we move to launch. We don't go live until you say so.
Go live on your domain
You're live!We point your site to your domain name and it goes live. If you already have a domain, just point us to it and we handle the DNS. If you need a domain, we'll register it for you — and the first year is on us.
After launch, any time you need something changed — new service, updated hours, different photo, seasonal banner — just email design@inqtax.com. Changes are live within 1 business day.
After launch
Your site isn't a "set it and forget it" — we stay on hand.
Email updates anytime
Send changes to design@inqtax.com. We make the edit and confirm it's live — within 1 business day, no extra charge.
Hosting is handled
Your site lives on our infrastructure. Security, uptime, and backups are our job. You focus on clients.
InQ Portal integration
When InQ Portal launches, Designs customers can have it woven right into their site — a seamless client file-sharing experience under your own domain.
