InQ Designs vs. GetNetSet
GetNetSet is a solid product. We're not here to trash it. But if you're paying for features you don't use and getting a site that looks like everyone else's, it's worth taking a look at the tradeoff.

The honest take
GetNetSet is a real product with real features.
If you need a built-in file portal, want automated email newsletters and tax tip content, or want to manage the site yourself with a WYSIWYG editor, GetNetSet has all of that. It's a comprehensive, managed solution for offices that want everything under one roof.
But you're paying for a lot of things your clients probably ignore.
IRS publications pages. Tax history trivia. 500 facts your clients will never read. Weekly automated newsletters they'll mark as spam. These are real features. But for most tax offices, they don't meaningfully drive new clients or build trust.
What does build trust is a website that looks like it was designed for your firm — not a generic template your clients can find on 4,000 other preparer websites. That's what InQ Designs is.
And we cost $811 less per year.
GetNetSet's Website & File Portal plan runs $79.99/mo — nearly $960/yr. InQ Designs is $99/yr after a $49 setup fee. That's not a rounding error. That's the cost of a content strategy tax clients don't engage with versus a custom brand identity they actually remember.
